This was probably one of my favorite episodes yet. Thank you! The analogy to different building floor levels was so helpful to opening my perspective and understanding. I am nurse working with patients with continued negative health behaviors despite the resources provided to eliminate barriers in accessing and utilizing healthcare. My role is to try and understand and assist in behavioral change. Jim’s information will be useful both professionally and personally.
