Throughout time great thinkers have recognized the importance of the thoughts we have. The Buddha said that “We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think”.

William James said that “The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another.”

Computer programmers tell us “Garbage In, Garbage Out”

And yet for many of us in our daily lives our thoughts don’t naturally gravitate towards things that strengthen or empower us. We tend towards negativity, self pity, jealousy, fear. We see what we don’t have instead of what we do have. We think things that hold us back and dampen our spirit

It takes conscious, consistent and creative effort to make a life worth living. We need help and support. We need each other and we need to hear others stories about how they keep their heads up.

This podcast is about how other people keep themselves moving the right direction…. How they feed their good wolf.
