      Hi Eric

      Love listening to your podcasts. This one strikes a cord and reinforces that it is challenging rewiring our brains. Fundamentally I believe that if we gain understanding to the roots of our patterns, becoming more conscious, we can change if we really want to and the learning process is ongoing.
      Thank you for sharing your insight.

    This is valuable stuff. After a decade of working on it, I’ve gotten pretty good at recognizing what I’m doing, and flipping the switch. Now working on not feeling guilty for not thinking negatively.
