Job Description:
Seeking a detail-oriented, persistent self-starter to manage strategic outreach campaigns for my book launch (March 31,2026). Your #1 job: keep thoughtful outreach moving—methodically and relentlessly—across my professional (authors, thought leaders) and personal networks, and execute podcast bookings end-to-end.
Role Details:
- Type: Part-time contractor (10–20 hrs/week), remote; some ET overlap
- Comp: $15-30 per hour (Commensurate with experience)

Timeline:
Start ASAP through launch (potential to extend)
Core responsibilities:
- Network outreach: Build, send, and track personalized messages (intros, blurbs, newsletter swaps, social sharing).
- Podcast campaign: Send outreach messages, manage follow-ups, coordinate booking details, and calendar everything.
- Pipeline & follow-up: Maintain a clean pipeline; every contact has an owner, status, next step, and date.
- Light copy + templates: Draft/refine short emails/DMs and one-pagers; personalize at scale.
- Coordination & assets: Liaise with hosts/producers, swap bios/headshots/links, prep brief notes, collect live dates and promo links.
- Reporting: Simple weekly metrics plus a brief update on wins and next moves.
Nice-to-have:
